TERMS OF USE

Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to stipulate the basic matters concerning the terms and procedures for the use of the Internet services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by THE BEST AIR (hereinafter referred to as "Site").

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These terms and conditions become effective by being notified to the users through the service screen or other methods.
  2. The Site may amend the contents of these terms and conditions, and the amended terms will become effective by being notified or communicated to users in the same manner as in paragraph 1.

Article 3 (Definition of Terms)

The terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows:

  1. Member: An individual or group that has entered into a service use contract with the Site or has been granted a user ID.
  2. Applicant: An individual or group applying for membership.
  3. ID: A combination of letters and numbers designated by the member and approved by the Site for member identification and service use.
  4. Password: A combination of letters and numbers designated by the member to confirm that the member is the same as the one given the ID and to protect the member's privacy.
  5. Termination: The cancellation of the service use contract by the Site or the member.

Chapter 2 Service Use Contract

Article 4 (Formation of Use Contract)

  1. Pressing the agreement button at the bottom of the terms and conditions is deemed as agreeing to these terms and conditions.
  2. The use contract is established when the Site approves the use application of the service use applicant after agreeing to the terms and conditions.

Article 5 (Use Application)

  1. To use the service, the applicant must record and submit the user information required in the Site's prescribed membership application form.
  2. All user information entered in the membership application form is considered to be actual data. Users who do not enter their real names or actual information cannot be legally protected and may be restricted from using the service.

Article 6 (Acceptance of Use Application)

  1. The Site accepts the use application of the applicant except in cases of paragraphs 2 and 3.
  2. The Site may reserve acceptance if any of the following applies until the reason for the restriction is resolved: a. If there is no spare capacity in the service-related facilities b. If there are technical difficulties c. If deemed necessary by the Site
  3. The Site may reject acceptance if any of the following applies: a. If the application is made using another person's name (Site) b. If the user information is falsely entered c. If the application is made for the purpose of disrupting public order or good morals d. If the applicant does not meet the Site's prescribed use application requirements

Article 7 (Changes to User Information)

Members must update their information online if there are any changes to the member information recorded at the time of the use application. The member is responsible for any problems arising from not updating their information.

Chapter 3 Obligations of Contracting Parties

Article 8 (Obligations of the Site)

  1. The Site provides the following services to members: a. Sending newsletters about new services and domain information b. Automatic input of personal information for additional domain registration c. Various additional services for domain registration and management
  2. The Site cannot disclose, distribute, or use for commercial purposes the member's personal information obtained in relation to the service provision without the member's consent. However, the following exceptions apply: a. If requested by a national institution according to the provisions of laws such as the Basic Telecommunications Act b. If there is a request for investigation of a crime or a request from the Information and Communication Ethics Committee c. If there is a request according to other relevant laws and procedures
  3. The Site is obliged to provide continuous and stable services as stipulated in these terms and conditions.

Article 9 (Obligations of Members)

  1. Members must not engage in the following activities when using the service: a. Illegally using another member's ID b. Duplicating, modifying, publishing, broadcasting, or providing to others the information obtained from the service without the Site's prior consent c. Infringing on the copyright, other rights of the Site, or the rights of others d. Distributing information, sentences, pictures, etc. that violate public order and good morals e. Engaging in activities objectively judged to be related to crimes f. Violating other relevant laws and regulations
  2. Members must comply with the matters stipulated in these terms and conditions, service use guidelines, and precautions.
  3. Members must comply with the use restrictions posted on the service notice or separately notified by the Site.

Chapter 4 Service Provision and Use

Article 10 (Obligations of Members in Managing User ID and Password)

  1. Members are responsible for all management of their ID and password. Members are fully responsible for all results arising from negligence in management, illegal use of their ID and password.
  2. If their ID is illegally used or if there is a security violation, members must notify the Site of the fact.

Article 11 (Service Restriction and Suspension)

  1. The Site may restrict or suspend all or part of the service in case of a national emergency such as war, disaster, natural disaster, or in the event of an inevitable situation such as the suspension of telecommunications services by a period telecommunications service provider under the Telecommunications Business Act.
  2. When restricting or suspending service according to paragraph 1, the Site must notify the members of the reason and period of restriction without delay.

Chapter 5 Change and Termination of Contract

Article 12 (Change of Information)

Members can change their customer information such as address and password using the member information change service on the website.

Article 13 (Termination of Contract)

Members can terminate the service use contract, and in such case, they must apply for termination directly through the service or by phone or online to the Site. The Site will restrict the service use of the member from the date of receiving the termination application. If the Site intends to terminate the use contract for any of the following reasons, it must notify the user of its intention and give the opportunity to explain within 7 days before the termination action.

  1. If the user violates the use restriction regulations or does not resolve the restriction reasons within the restriction period
  2. If the Information and Communication Ethics Committee requests the termination of use
  3. If the user does not respond to the statement of opinion without a legitimate reason
  4. If the user applied using another person's name or entered false information in the application form or attached false documents The Site may restrict the membership of users terminated according to the above regulations for a separately prescribed period.

Chapter 6 Compensation for Damages

Article 14 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Site is not responsible for the damages incurred from the member's failure to achieve the expected benefits from the service or from the selection or use of service data.
  2. The Site is not responsible for the service interruptions or data damage caused by the member's fault or intentional acts of a third party.
  3. The Site is not responsible for the contents of materials posted or transmitted by members.
  4. In the case of a domain with trademark rights, the member who purchased the domain is responsible for any damages or compensation arising from it, and the Site is not responsible for it.

Article 15 (Jurisdiction)

In case of disputes between the Site and members related to the service, the court with jurisdiction over the Site's headquarters will be the competent court.

(Effective Date) These terms and conditions are effective from November 2015.
